Glass or open vessel brewing:
Brewing in a glass lets you enjoy the leaves rising and falling, resembling “fish swimming” .
3g | 300ml | 85 °C | 1-2 mins | 3-4 steeps
Brewing Steps
1. Warm the Glass
Rinse the glass with hot water to preheat it and remove any odors.
2. Add Tea & Admire
Place the dry leaves into the glass and enjoy their fresh aroma. The leaves are slender and slightly curled, with fine white hairs.
3. High Pour (First Infusion)
Pour hot water from a higher distance, filling about one-third of the glass. The water stream helps the leaves dance gracefully, floating up and down like “orchids in bloom.”
4. Top Up Gently
Once the leaves start to unfurl, slowly add water along the inner wall of the glass until it is about 70% full. This keeps the infusion clear and the aroma delicate.
5. Sip & Appreciate
After 1–2 minutes, the tea soup turns a light jade-green with a subtle orchid fragrance. The taste is fresh, smooth, and slightly sweet. Sip slowly to enjoy the lingering sweetness.
Soft tastfull tea, drink during the mid-day or after your diner. Calms your body and enjoy it
