Refund policy

What are your return policies?

We offer a 14-day return policy for any products that are sold through our website. Your products must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with labels, and in their original packaging. The Shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please follow the instructions below to return your products:

1. Forward your confirmation email to info@yin-cha.com with a mention of the product return
2. An address will be provided for you to send back your order. (Unfortunately, we could not cover the cost of your shipping.)
3. Once we have received and checked your returned products, we will notify you via email if your request has been approved. You’ll automatically be refunded to your original bank account that has initiated this payment.
