Through six carefully selected teas, discover how origin, processing and craftsmanship shape flavour, aroma and texture—from four contrasting green teas to an unexpected pairing of Chinese yellow tea and Japanese hojicha.
For this special collaboration, YIN CHA and BAISA come together around one tea table, bringing Chinese and Japanese tea traditions into conversation.
Across six carefully selected teas, we will taste, compare and explore how origin, craftsmanship and processing shape what eventually arrives in the cup.
Rather than tasting each tea in isolation, this workshop invites you to experience them side by side, to notice differences in aroma, texture, flavour and structure, while gaining a deeper understanding of the traditions and techniques behind them.

About the Collaboration
BAISA brings authentic Japanese tea and tea culture from Japan to Europe, working with teas that reflect their origins, seasons and makers.
Through BAISA and YIN CHA, this collaboration brings Chinese and Japanese tea traditions to the same table, not to decide which is better, but to understand what makes each distinctive and what quietly connects them.
